E-SHOP sales conditions
The owner of the e-shop is PIIRSTOCK OÜ (registry code 16212885), located at Punane 6, 13619 Tallinn, Estonia.

Sales contract and price information
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the e-shop.
The prices of the products sold in the e-shop are indicated next to the products and include VAT.

Placing an order
To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required fields and select the method of product delivery. The total amount to be paid by bank transfer will then be displayed on the screen.

The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the e-shop.

If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid will be refunded (incl. delivery costs)

Right of withdrawal
After receiving the ordered goods, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days. To use the 14-day right of return, the goods must be unused.

In order to return the goods, an application for withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted, instructions for preparation of which can be found on the website of the Consumer Protection Board and sent to the e-mail address info@comfortmats.eu no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.

The costs of returning the goods shall be paid by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is the fact that the item to be returned is not the item that was ordered (wrong or defective item).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the e-shop will return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer on the basis of the contract.

The e-shop may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the item, whichever is earlier.

The e-shop has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and demand the goods back from the buyer if the price of the goods in the e-shop is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to a mistake.

Right to lodge a claim
The e-shop is responsible for the non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery. If the defect occurs, the buyer has the right to contact the E-store by sending an e-mail to info@comfortmats.eu or by calling +372 58100133.

If the goods purchased from the E-shop have defects for which the E-shop is responsible, the E-shop will replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be replaced, the E-shop will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.

The e-shop responds to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 14 days.

Processing of personal data
The e-shop uses the personal data entered by the buyer (incl. Name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The e-shop transmits personal data to the companies providing the transport service in order to deliver the goods.

Solving arguments
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the e-shop, they must be sent to the e-mail address info@comfortmats.eu or call +372 58100133. If the buyer and the E-shop cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the e-shop.
